Tartan C&C Yachts Acquires Legacy Yachts

Tartan C&C Yachts is proud to announce the acquisition of Legacy Yachts of Middletown, RI.  All Legacy Yachts manufacturing and business operations are being relocated to Tartan C&C Yachts' Ohio location.  The addition of the Legacy line of power boats to the company's Tartan Yachts, C&C Yachts and Novis carbon fiber product group will provide the company with a strong lineup of North America's premier power and sailing yacht brands and leading carbon fiber component manufacturing technology.

Tartan's 50-year tradition of the highest quality handmade yacht construction utilizing the industry's most advanced materials and process technologies will transfer well to the future of the Legacy Yachts product line. Consistent with the company's history of aggressive product development, new Legacy Yachts models are already in the works to be added to the existing Legacy 32, 42 and 52.
